The current ECRB President is Mr. Mirsad Salkić (member of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina). The European Commission acts as Vice-President in the person of Mr. Heinz Hilbrecht (EC DG TREN).

ECRB organizes its work in three working groups (WGs), Electricity Working Group (EWG), Gas Working Group (GWG), Customer Working Group (CWG) and a South East Europe Coordinated Auction Office Implementation Group (SEE CAO IG) which comprises both Regulators and TSOs under the Regulators' lead.

ECRB and its Working Groups are supported by the ECRB Section of the Energy Community Secretariat.
